Report Removal

If you believe a report published on GhostRate is inaccurate, misleading, harmful, or violates our policies, you may request that it be reviewed.

We take removal and correction requests seriously and review them manually.

To help us review your request, please include:

• the company name and report details
• a link to the relevant page or report, if available
• the reason for your request
• any context or evidence that supports your claim

Each request is reviewed manually on a case-by-case basis.

After review, GhostRate may:

• remove the content
• edit or redact part of the content
• leave the content unchanged if it complies with our policies

We aim to respond to all removal requests within 30 days. For requests involving personal data under GDPR or CCPA, we will respond within the legally required timeframe.

GhostRate does not automatically remove content just because it is unfavorable to a company. Our review considers policy compliance and any supporting context you provide.
