What is allowed

Reports submitted to GhostRate should:

  • describe real hiring experiences
  • focus on the recruitment process and communication
  • remain factual, relevant, and respectful
  • refer to companies, not identifiable individuals

What is not allowed

We do not allow content that includes:

  • harassment, threats, or personal attacks
  • false, misleading, or intentionally deceptive content
  • spam, promotional content, or irrelevant submissions
  • names of recruiters, employees, or other identifiable individuals
  • email addresses, phone numbers, or personal contact details
  • sensitive personal information or confidential internal data

Moderation

All submissions may be reviewed before publication. GhostRate reserves the right to reject, edit, unpublish, or remove content that violates this policy or creates legal, safety, or integrity concerns.

Our moderation aims to balance:

  • candidate expression
  • platform integrity
  • fairness and legal compliance

Repeat violations

Users who repeatedly submit abusive, misleading, or prohibited content may be restricted from using the platform.
